1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors to our website, to prospective clients who make enquiries, and to clients who enter into a service agreement with Thstarlinker. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Nature of Our Services

Thstarlinker provides structured financial education services to individuals in Thailand. Our current programme offerings are:

• Financial Health Check-Up (฿4,000 / 2 sessions) — a diagnostic review covering net worth, cash flow, debt-to-income ratios, and savings rate evaluation, with a written scorecard and recommendations.
• Tax-Advantaged Savings Education (฿7,200 / 3 sessions) — an educational programme covering RMF, SSF, and provident fund options in Thailand, including eligibility, contribution limits, tax benefits, and a comparison matrix.
• Estate and Succession Basics (฿9,800 / 2 sessions) — an educational overview of estate planning fundamentals in Thailand, including will preparation awareness, asset inventory, and succession law basics, with a planning checklist.

All services are delivered as educational sessions. The format, delivery method (in-person or remote), and scheduling will be agreed upon individually prior to commencement.

3. Important: Educational Services, Not Financial Advice

Nothing shared during our sessions should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, asset, or instrument. Thstarlinker does not endorse, sell, or receive commissions from any financial product.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. We encourage you to consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel before making significant financial decisions based on information covered in our programmes.

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above who are present in Thailand. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Thstarlinker reserves the right to decline an enquiry or service engagement at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Service Agreement and Commencement

A service relationship begins when both parties have agreed on the programme scope, session schedule, and fees, and Thstarlinker has confirmed the engagement in writing (by email). Submission of a contact form or enquiry does not constitute a binding service agreement.

Materials provided as part of a programme (such as scorecards, comparison matrices, checklists, and session notes) are for the personal use of the client only and are not for distribution or resale.

6. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of engagement. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment terms will be agreed upon individually, typically prior to the first session. Thstarlinker reserves the right to adjust programme fees for new engagements with reasonable advance notice. Fees for a confirmed engagement will not change during that engagement.

We do not store payment card information. Payment processing, if conducted online, is handled by third-party payment service providers subject to their own terms and security standards.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our general policy is:

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability.
• Cancellation by client: Clients who cancel with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the first session will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a partial fee reflecting preparation work completed.
• Cancellation mid-programme: If a client cancels after one or more sessions have taken place, a refund will be provided for unused sessions on a pro-rata basis, less any materials already delivered.
• Cancellation by Thstarlinker: In the unlikely event that Thstarlinker must cancel an engagement, clients will receive a full refund of fees paid.

Specific terms for a given engagement may be outlined in the written confirmation email, and will take precedence over this general policy where they differ.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, icons, and design — is the property of Thstarlinker and is protected under applicable Thai and international intellectual property law.

Programme materials provided to clients (scorecards, matrices, checklists) are licensed for the personal use of the individual client only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish these materials without prior written consent from Thstarlinker.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable Thai or international law
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material
• Scrape or harvest content from the website without permission
• Use automated tools to submit enquiries or generate traffic

Thstarlinker reserves the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Thstarlinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from decisions made on the basis of our educational content.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content on this website, but we do not warrant that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Content is provided for general educational purposes and should not be relied upon as authoritative financial, legal, or tax guidance.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thstarlinker, its staff, and representatives from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Thstarlinker reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients directly.
